Quilt top preparation:

• Your top must be clean, pressed well making sure all seams are pressed flat, Please remove pins or basting threads.
• Measure and press backing fabric —it should measure 6-8 inches larger than your top.

Quality batting is available and can be purchased from LA Sewing

There are many colors and types of thread to choose from. We will consult with you on what will compliment your quilt top.

Machine Repair Drop off Center

You can drop off you machine for cleaning and repairs at LA Sewing and we will delivery it to Johnson’s Sewing Centre and pick it up for you.

Johnson’s Sewing Centre has 4 mechanics that will service most makes and models of sewing machine domestic or industrial.
